TASS is not only about work… We organize monthly meetings where you can meet your colleagues in a relaxed atmosphere with drinks, food, and fun activities. On a more serious note, we also try to balance work and life in general. In the consultancy world, commuting times can be an issue, especially in a small country like Belgium with its heavy traffic to and from big cities like Brussels and Antwerp. TASS has implemented a local-for-local strategy to keep commuting times as reasonable as possible. We have divided Belgium in "Region East" and "Region West" along the axis Antwerp-Brussels, and we cover these region from full-blown local offices. Leuven is HQ and covers Region East, while Gent covers Region West. We try to find local assignments for local engineers as much as possible. And whenever you need to be in the TASS offices, you can always go to your local office (for TASS Meetings, for practical matters, for internal project assignments, etc.).
