TASS provides you with a large yearly training budget and actively stimulates you to take the trainings that best suit your needs. Via quarterly field management meetings with your people manager, there is also a close follow-up of matters related to your assignment, your training needs, etc. We also have monthly meetings with all the colleagues to inform you of the status of the business, exchange the latest experiences, and have fun together.
As to your overall career, TASS offers a career path along the different functions in software development, culminating in a role as Senior Designer, Senior Architect, Senior Project Leader, or Senior Specialist. Within TASS itself, we also stimulate the exchange and build-up of knowledge through junior-senior coaching relationships, contributions to our technical focus areas (embedded Linux, mobile&wireless technologies, etc.), and presentations (internal and external) about your specific expertise or customer assignments.
